Why is Nature so Important?

One way to handle stress and reconnect with yourself is to experience nature. Nature has a natural calming affect and can reduce stress, anxiety and help you clear your mind.

Nature has also been proven to contribute to a child’s capacity for creativity, problem solving, and emotional and intellectual development. The affect on adults is the same and can be extremely helpful as part of managing many physical and mental health issues.

We may know this but how do we incorporate it into our lives and benefit from its tremendous value?

But I live in the city and can’t go anywhere?

The parks are full of people and I don’t feel safe.

I can’t afford to travel to the country.
